How to Restore Factory Settings (Hardware Reset)
Purpose of this page: Restore the device to factory default settings, clearing all previous pairings and abnormal states.
Applicable scenarios:

The device is behaving abnormally or cannot function properly

Bluetooth connection issues that prevent re-pairing

Customer support instructs you to perform a factory reset

Clearing device data before handing it over to a new user
How to perform the reset
Before restoring factory settings, make sure all of the following conditions are met:

Set the S1 side switch to the [Left] position (microphone OFF)

Both left and right earphones must be placed inside the charging case
-
If only one earphone is inserted, or none are inserted, the reset cannot be performed

The lid is open
-
Press and hold the “+” button on the S1 for 5 seconds
What happens after the reset is completed?

All previous Bluetooth pairing records are cleared
-
The pairing relationship between the earphones and the charging case is cleared

The device is restored to its first-use state
-
You will need to re-pair and reconnect the device
