How to use AirStudio S1 with a DAW

Steps for Mac / iPad / iPhone

  1. Connect AirStudio S1 to your device with a USB-C cable.
  2. Open your DAW or recording app.
  3. Select AirStudio S1 as the audio input.
  4. Select AirStudio S1 as the output if you want to monitor through the included wireless in-ear monitors.
  5. Create an audio track and start recording.

Steps for Windows

  1. Download and install the HISONG ASIO driver.
  2. Connect AirStudio S1 to your Windows PC via USB-C.
  3. Open your DAW.
  4. Select the HISONG ASIO driver as the audio device.
  5. Choose AirStudio S1 as the input and output.
  6. Arm your track and start recording.

Included software

AirStudio S1 includes Cubasis LE for iOS and Cubase LE for Windows / macOS. iOS users can unlock Cubasis LE automatically by connecting AirStudio S1 to an iPhone or iPad and opening Cubasis LE.
