HISONG RX Plus Pairing Guide

Before using a newly purchased RX Plus, the RX Plus must be paired with the charging case.
Please follow the instructions below to complete the pairing process.

Pairing Procedure

  1. On your mobile device, open the HISONG Link app.
Go to Settings → Device → Pair RX Plus to enter the pairing page.
  1. Press and hold the Volume “+” and Volume “–” buttons on the RX Plus simultaneously.
Keep holding until the indicator light alternates between red and green, indicating that the RX Plus has entered pairing mode.
  1. Once the RX Plus is in pairing mode, tap PAIR on the Pair RX Plus page.
When “Pairing Successful!” appears on the screen, the RX Plus has been successfully paired with the charging case.

Notes：

1、Pairing is required only for first-time use or after a factory reset.

2、During pairing, keep the RX Plus close to the charging case.

3、Do not disconnect or power off the RX Plus during the pairing process.
